In response to Joint Memorandum 2026-01 issued by the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs (OVPAA) and Office of the Vice President for Administration (OVPA) regarding the implementation of Memorandum Circular No. 114 from the Office of the President of the Philippines and Chancellor’s Memorandum No. ECLV-26-013, the School shall enforce the following energy conservation measures until otherwise superseded by future pronouncements:

📅 𝗦𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗗𝗨𝗟𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗨𝗣𝗦𝗦 𝗟𝗜𝗕𝗥𝗔𝗥𝗬

The UP School of Statistics library shall be open on regular hours from 𝗧𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 and will be open on 𝗦𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸. This aligns with the prescribed WFH arrangement of the Main Library.

📅 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞 𝗔𝗥𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗢𝗙 𝗔𝗗𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗙𝗙

Administrative staff (except those specifically exempted) shall observe a work-from-home schedule on 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝟭𝟯 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.
