UP STAT goes online for request of certificates! How to request certificates online?

1. Go to bit.ly/OnlineStatRequest and fill out the online request form.
- Students must use their UP Mail accounts, while graduates may use any Gmail account.
- Prepare a photo or scanned copy of UP ID or any valid ID for verification of identity, front and back side in one image or PDF file.
- If requesting a Certificate of Good Moral Character, secure clearance from Student Disciplinary Council through this link: bit.ly/sdcclearance.

2. Wait for the School’s confirmation email. Please be patient. It may take longer time than usual.

3. The School will process your request within 2 - 4 working days. If there are missing requirements and/or additional instructions, the School will process the request after accomplishing the deliverables.

4. The School will email signed digital copies of certificates.
